HEALTH COACHING
My approach to health coaching addresses all 5 of your layers, because true health is holistic - it involves every aspect of you. I trained with the Institute of Intergrative Nutrition (IIN) which emphasises this holistic approach.
I offer 2 approaches:
The first is bespoke 1:1 health coaching where I guide and support you to meet your health goals, no matter what they are.
Whilst all 5 layers need to be brought into balance for optimal health, many people associate health coaching with the physical body - things like diet, exercise, and sleep. These can certainly be the focus of the work, but we might also include some breathwork, unpicking deep limiting beliefs, stress management, as well as addressing dietary changes and how to incorporate exercise into your life. The second approach is specific to addressing Autoimmune Disease and gut health following the Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) Diet. This diet was extremely effective in reducing the symptoms of my own autoimmunity and decades-long irritable bowel syndrome. It was so good, I trained as an AIP Coach and wrote a book to help people transition to this way of eating. There is s o much conflicting advice out there on what constitutes a healthy diet. This coaching program guides you through a purely nutritional transformation that will:
* heal your gut
* reduce your symptoms of pain, fatigue, skin irritations, insomnia and indigestion
* leave you with a clear understanding of your personal trigger foods and a bespoke way of eating, that is healthy for you.

This is a self-paced version of my AIP coaching program and it contains everything you need to transition to the AIP diet and rebuild your personal health-promoting diet at the end, without 1:1 coaching.

I've been a teacher, trainer, coach and author in the wellness industry for nearly 25 years.
My decades long pursuit of understanding the human condition has incorporated science, yoga, yoga philosophy, yoga nidra - the art of deep rest whilst awake, subconscious journeying, trauma-informed breathwork, dismantling beliefs and nutrition.
