I start from the premise that every person is wonderfully unique. So it follows that each person's path to integration and a deep sense of wholeness must also be uniquely tailored to where they are now, and where they want to be in life.

My approach is based on an ancient yoga wisdom model called The 5 Koshas which recognises that there can be no truth health, well-being and vitality without bringing alignment to all dimensions of yourself.

This is what it means to be integrated....to be in integrity.

For some people our work is primarily with the body - your physical needs which may have be neglected for years. For others, its about unpicking the unseen, limiting beliefs and fears driving behaviour. SOME OF THE DIFFERENT WAYS THAT I WORK

I offer 6 session packages, combining traditional coaching, talk sessions, sub-conscious journeying and breathwork. We can keep it fluid, incorporating each technique as the need arises. Alternatively, you as the client are free to choose any particular course - you may want to use only breathwork, for example. This is totally okay.

The 6 sessions can either be taken weekly or fortnightly, and expire after 90 days.

You will also have access to me via Slack or email for the duration of your program (6 or 12 weeks depending on whether you follow the weekly or fortnightly program).

Sub-Conscious Journeying and Yoga Nidra

One technique I use to support your journey is iRest Yoga Nidra and sub-conscious journeying (also called a dyad). iRest Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and self-inquiry. Developed by Dr. Richard Miller and rooted in ancient yogic practices, including the 5 Kosha Model, iRest stands for Integrative Restoration. It’s a method to integrate all the abandoned parts of yourself in order to restore wholeness. It is designed to help you connect with a state of calm awareness, where healing and transformation can occur.

During an iRest session, you will be guided through a series of body and breath awareness techniques, visualisations, and affirmations. These practices help you access a state of deep relaxation and inner awareness, where you can explore and release limiting beliefs and emotions.

Sub-Conscious Journeys (Dyads)

Sub-conscious journeys, also known as dyads, are a structured form of partner meditation. In a dyad, two people engage in a focused, dialogical meditation practice that encourages deep listening and presence. This method allows for mutual support and exploration of personal experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space.

How it Works

In a dyad session, you give voice to the inner experience, which may be physical sensations, emotions, images and memories. Everything is welcome and honoured; nothing is excluded or pushed away. As a facilitator and space-holder my role is to guide you by specific prompts and questions, but the experience is entirely yours. This practice encourages deep, mindful communication with yourself and develops your ability to witness yourself with loving awareness, allowing for profound personal and interpersonal insights.

Integrating iRest Yoga Nidra and Dyads into your coaching journey offers an holistic approach to healing and personal growth. These practices provide powerful tools for releasing past traumas, overcoming limiting beliefs, and cultivating a life of purpose, joyful self-expression, and fulfilment.

Trauma-Informed Pause Breathwork

Another powerful method I use to help you break free from past traumas and limiting beliefs is Pause Breathwork. This practice is designed to release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity through conscious, intentional breathing.

Pause Breathwork is a dynamic form of breathwork designed to help you reconnect with your body and your inner self. Founded by Samantha Skelley, it focuses on using intentional breath patterns to activate the body's natural ability to release stored emotions, reduce stress, and promote healing. This method is rooted in the belief that unprocessed emotions and traumas get stuck in the body, and conscious breathing is a powerful way to clear these energetic blocks.

During a Pause Breathwork session, you'll be guided through a combination of breath techniques that activate your body’s natural healing processes. These sessions can range from gentle, relaxing practices to more intense, transformative experiences, depending on your needs.

Pause Breathwork is grounded in science. When practiced consistently, breathwork can help shift the body from a "fight or flight" mode to a state of rest and repair. It works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and emotional balance. This practice helps to release stored tension and trauma by bringing awareness to the breath and inviting intentional healing.

It offers an effective way to release stored emotional energy, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. I've been a teacher, trainer, coach and author in the wellness industry for nearly 25 years.

My decades long pursuit of understanding the human condition has incorporated science, yoga, yoga philosophy, yoga nidra - the art of deep rest whilst awake, subconscious journeying, trauma-informed breathwork, dismantling beliefs and nutrition. But at the end of the day, fulfilment comes down to living a life of joy and meaning.
